DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course introduces students to the principles, structures, functions, and practices of public administration and development administration.

Students examine Papua New Guinea’s legal framework, public service systems, government administration, and the roles and responsibilities of public servants and elected leaders.

The course develops students’ understanding of effective governance, public-sector responsibilities, administrative procedures, and the application of these principles in PNG’s development environment.
